1. RELIEF SECURITY OFFICER – DATA CENTRE

Telehouse North & South

Position: Relief Security Officer
Start Date: Immediately
Shift Pattern: Flexible – covering both day and night shifts
Contract: PAYE only
Pay: £15.80 per hour

Requirements

Candidates should have:

Good IT skills
Strong customer service skills
A positive, professional and “can-do” attitude
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
The ability to work across Telehouse North & South
Must live within 50 minutes of the site

The client has specifically requested that a more diverse workforce is prioritised to strengthen the operational team.

2. SECURITY OFFICER – DATA CENTRE

Telehouse South

Position: Security Officer
Start Date: Around 15 October 2026
Shift Pattern: Night shifts only

Rotation between:

Wednesday–Sunday
Thursday–Sunday

Shift Time: 19:00–07:00
Contract: PAYE only
Pay: £15.80 per hour + 26 days paid holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Requirements

Good IT skills
Strong customer service skills
Positive and professional attitude
Flexible approach to work
Must live within 50 minutes of the site

The client has requested that a more diverse workforce is prioritised to strengthen the service operationally.

3. SECURITY / CONCIERGE OFFICER – RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Pearl Yard, London SE16

Address: 1 Biscuit Walk, London SE16 4FB
Position: Security Officer / Concierge
Start Date: 19 September 2026
Shift Pattern: 4 ON – 4 OFF, nights only
Current Hours: 18:00–06:00
Contract: PAYE, Self-Employed or Limited Company
Pay: £16.59 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

The shift arrangements are expected to change from 1 November when the new concierge contract begins.

Expected new working pattern:

Monday–Thursday: 12-hour shifts
Friday: 13-hour shift
Saturday: 16-hour shift
Sunday: 15-hour shift

Requirements

Customer service experience
Previous experience working in a residential building
Security/concierge experience
Must live within 50 minutes of the site

4. ESTATE SECURITY OFFICER – RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Pearl Yard, London SE16

Positions Available: 2
Address: 1 Biscuit Walk, London SE16 4FB
Start Date: 1 November 2026*
Position: Estate Security Officer
Shift Pattern: 4 ON – 4 OFF
Shift Time: 18:00–06:00
Contract: PAYE, Self-Employed or Limited Company
Pay: £16.59 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Requirements

We are looking for two officers who will be responsible for external patrols.

Candidates must:

Be comfortable conducting external patrols
Have a professional approach to residential security
Be reliable and flexible
Live within 50 minutes of the site

*The actual schedule start date may depend on when the estate security schedule is finalised. The estate contract commences on 1 November 2026.
