Refund Policy

Welcome to Black Eagle Academy. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our training courses.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided your course has not commenced and you have not accessed or completed any non-refundable course materials or services where applicable.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your booking within the eligible 14-day refund period, your refund will be subject to a 10% administration fee. This fee covers payment processing, administrative costs, and course booking management.

The administration fee applies only to cancellations requested by the client.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

All course fees become non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. Once this period has expired, refunds will not be issued except where required by applicable law.

4. Course Date Changes

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may request to transfer your booking to another available course date by contacting our support team.

Course date changes are subject to availability and may attract an administration or transfer fee, depending on the circumstances and the notice provided.

5. Cancellations by Black Eagle Academy

In the unlikely event that Black Eagle Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrolment, instructor availability, or any other operational reason, affected learners will be offered one of the following options:

  • A transfer to the next available course date at no additional cost; or

  • A full refund of all course fees paid.

Where a full refund is issued due to a cancellation by Black Eagle Academy, no administration fee will be deducted.

Black Eagle Academy shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by learners, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or other consequential expenses.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Your full name

  • Booking or order reference

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for your refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed, and we aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
